Refund policy

At SARI handcrafted homewares we want to make sure you are completely happy with your purchase. If you have any questions about your delivered items, we would first encourage you to contact us.

Receiving a damaged item

We do our utmost best to minimize the risk of damages during the transport of our ceramics to your home. In the unlucky case that you still receive a damaged item, we kindly request you to inform us as soon as reasonably possible via contact@saririkken.com. This allows us to find a solution with our insurer and helps to make sure that we replace the damaged item as quickly as possible.

 

Refunds

If you are not happy with a purchased item, it is possible to return this item within 14 days of the purchase. We kindly ask you to inform us within 3 days if you want to make a return and provide us with the tracking-ID of your return shipment.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The item must also be sent to us in the original packaging. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If the refund is approved, it will be processed, and your account will automatically be credited. Kindly note that we make every attempt to process the refund as quickly as possible, but the duration depends on the financial service provider(s).

You will be responsible for all shipping costs for returning your item. You should also make sure that the item is appropriately packed and protected from damages during transport. We advise insuring your shipping covering at the minimum the commercial value.

Shipping costs will not be refunded.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items 

Certain types of items cannot be returned like custom made orders. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale, or custom items, or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
