Shipping & Delivery

 

The Netherlands

All items are sent via PostNL. The package takes around 1-3 workings days to arrive. Once the package is shipped, you will receive a confirmation by email.

Any special requests, please add to the buyer’s note and we will do our best to cater to them.

 

Europe and International

International items are sent via PostNL or other international shipping services.  It takes up to 10 - 15 working days depending on your location, national holidays, and the workload of your local mail services, especially due to COVID-19. We cannot be held responsible for delays. 

All items are sent with a ‘Track and Trace’ code which will be emailed once the item is shipped.

 

Shipping costs

Shipping costs vary by country, you can find the actual costs of shipping at checkout.

 

Pick up 

Pick up at the warehouse is also possible, you can choose this option during checkout. Please send me an email to contact@saririkken.com if you would like to pick up your order with a date and time that works for you. 

 

Packaging

All orders are packaged with care and attention. Individual pieces are carefully wrapped in an eco-friendly bubble wrap and then packed in double-layered boxes with old newspapers to fill in the gaps and to provide cushion. Packaging materials can be recycled, please check your local recycling centers for more information. If you have any suggestions or feedback on sustainable packaging, you can e-mail to contact@saririkken.com.

 

Returns

Each item has a detailed description.

Please go through the dimensions, care instructions, and usage before making a purchase.

All the ceramics in the webshop are handmade so there can be slight variation in colour, shape or size.

 

If you would like to return your item, please first read the Return and Refund Policy.

Items can only be returned within 14 days of purchase.

Refunds will only be made once we have received all the items safely and undamaged. 

 

What cannot be refunded/returned?

- Shipping costs, lost items or damaged items will not be refunded.

- Custom, personalized, or pre-ordered items cannot be returned.
